- Before Project Start: If you cancel before the project development has commenced, you may be eligible for a full refund.
- During Development: Cancellations made during an active project will be billed for the work completed up to the cancellation date.

If you find any issue with the delivered solution, please mail us at contact@techscript.agency to initialize a return or refund request.
Our team will review your request and work with you to resolve the technical issue. If the issue cannot be resolved, a refund may be processed at our discretion based on the terms of your service agreement.
